Returns & Exchange
At Infants n Juniors, we are committed to providing superior quality kids’ clothing and ensuring your complete satisfaction in all your purchases. We recognize that you may need to return or exchange an item sometimes, and we are here to assist you with our comprehensive Returns and Exchange Policy. We urge you to go through the following guidelines before initiating any returns or exchanges:
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
– We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date.
– The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
– All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
2. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items:
– For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on undergarments, socks, swimwear, or accessories like jewelry, hair accessories, hats, unless these items are defective or damaged upon receipt.
3. Returns and Exchanges Process:
– To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for the return/exchange.
– Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
– Please ensure that the RA number is clearly marked on the return package.
4. Return Shipping:
– Unless the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging items.
– We suggest using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of the package.
5. Refunds:
– For eligible returns, we will refund the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
– The refund will be processed for the purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding shipping charges.
6. Exchange Process:
– If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and specify the replacement item you desire.
– If the replacement item is available, we will ship it to you once we receive the returned item(s). Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
7. Damaged or Defective Items:
– If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receipt.
– We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect to assess the situation.
– Depending on the situation, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, including any shipping charges.
Please note that our Returns and Exchange Policy applies solely to purchases made at Infants n Juniors Kids Garments Store in Karachi, Pakistan.
